About Our Products
What type of hair do you use?
We use 100% virgin Remy human hair sourced from verified donors. Virgin means the hair has never been chemically processed, dyed, or permed. Remy means all cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction, which prevents tangling and matting.
What is the difference between skin base and lace base?
Skin Base (PU): 0.06-0.08mm medical-grade polyurethane that creates the illusion of scalp. Best for maximum realism at the hairline. Lifespan: 12-18 months.
HD Lace: 0.12mm Swiss HD lace that virtually disappears on skin. More breathable, allows multi-directional parting. Lifespan: 6-12 months.
Mono/Skin Hybrid: Monofilament crown for breathability + skin perimeter for secure attachment.
How long does a hair system last?
Toupees and skin base units last 12-18 months with proper care. Lace front wigs last 6-12 months. Proper maintenance includes regular cleaning with sulfate-free products, avoiding sleeping in the unit, and professional re-attachment every 4-6 weeks.
What densities do you offer?
Standard density is 130% for toupees and 150% for wigs. We offer customization from 80% up to 300%. Graduated density is available.
Can I customize the color?
Yes. We offer 24 standard colors from Natural Black (#1) to Honey Blonde (#613). Custom color mixing is available with up to 3 colors per unit.
Orders and Shipping
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard products there is no minimum. For custom OEM orders minimum is 50 units per design. For wholesale bulk orders there is no minimum on the first order.
What is your lead time?
Standard products: 7-10 working days for production plus 3-7 days for express shipping. Custom orders: 15-25 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For wholesale and OEM orders, L/C is also available.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Absolutely. Sample orders are welcome. The sample cost can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all countries via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express with tracking.

Our 3-stage QC includes raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final fit test on every unit before shipping.
How do I care for my hair system?

Our facility is in Guangzhou, China. Established in 2010, 20,000 sq ft, 50+ skilled craftsmen. Factory visits welcome.
