We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express. Delivery time: 3-7 working days to most destinations. US orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping. For other orders, shipping is paid by the buyer and confirmed with the order. Processing and transit times are separate. All shipments are fully trackable with insurance included.

Standard products: 7-10 working days. Custom/OEM orders: 15-25 working days. Sample orders: 5-7 working days.
Returns
Quality issues: Free replacement or full refund. Change of mind: Return within 14 days (unused, original packaging). Custom orders: Non-returnable but specifications accuracy guaranteed.
