LumiraHair for professionals

Your business. Your collection.

Salon supply, wholesale distribution and custom projects. Start with the models you need, then build a clear specification and business quotation.

Three ways to work together

Choose the path that fits your business.

A salon selection, a repeat assortment and a custom development brief need different conversations.

Salon supply

A considered selection for your clients.

Compare coverage, base construction and fit. Start with selected models for your salon, then discuss color references and repeat purchasing.

  • Existing hairline pieces, toppers and wigs
  • Standard wholesale from one piece
  • Model-specific fitting questions
Discuss salon supply
Wholesale distribution

An assortment with a clear specification.

Tell us your market, channel and planned quantities. Review the model mix, destination and delivery requirements before confirming a business quotation.

  • Retailers, online stores and distributors
  • Model, color and quantity planning
  • Repeat-order references
Discuss distribution
OEM & private label

A project shaped around your brief.

Share the base or cap, hair specification, branding and packaging you have in mind. Sampling, project minimums and timing are agreed to specification.

  • Custom construction and hair requirements
  • Packaging and branding discussion
  • Reference links and target timing

From selection to shipment

A clear conversation at every step.

  1. Share your selection

Tell us the models, colors, lengths, quantities and market you have in mind. For custom work, include a written specification or reference.

  2. Confirm the specification

Review coverage, base or cap construction, attachment, packaging and any sampling needs before finalizing the order.

  3. Review your quotation

Confirm the agreed products, quantities, payment terms, processing time and shipping arrangements in writing.

  4. Plan delivery and repeat orders

Keep the approved model and color references for future orders. Processing and transit times are confirmed separately.

A better brief makes a better starting point.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Include what you know, and describe the decisions you need help with.

Wholesale questions

Can I begin with one piece?

Yes. Standard wholesale starts with one piece from the existing collection. Share the model, color, length and destination to confirm the order details.

Does one piece also apply to a custom design?

Custom and OEM projects have their own quantity and development requirements. Share your specification and quantity so the project minimum and quotation can be confirmed in writing.

Are website prices my wholesale quotation?

A wholesale quotation is based on the confirmed products, quantities and project requirements. Request a written quotation before planning your order costs.

How do I confirm a delivery date?

Tell us the destination and target date. Product preparation or production comes before shipping; the confirmed schedule should include both processing and transit.

Who pays for shipping?

US orders of $200 or more ship free. Shipping for other orders is paid by the buyer. Processing time and transit time are separate; confirm the delivery estimate for your destination with your order.

Can I ask about branding or packaging?

Yes. Include your logo, packaging direction and estimated quantity with the inquiry. Available options, samples and costs are reviewed for the specific project.
